Yep. I did it. I put peanut butter buttercream on top of a giant Nick cookie with extra pieces of brownie brittle, sugar sprinkles, and mini chocolate chips. I don’t regret it one bit! Totally took this already delicious cookie filled with chocolate chips, peanut butter cups, and brownie brittle to a whole ‘nother level! 😋
