Let me preface this by admitting I have never had a butterbeer so I don’t know what it’s supposed to taste like, but it really doesn’t matter. This cookie is divine! It’s crunchy and buttery and scotchy with a butterbeer buttercream on top, finished with butterbeer caramel drizzle!
