A twist on my favorite snickerdoodle…add in some toffee chips! It is sooooo good! Definitely one of my new favorites! It’s chewy and snickerdoodley with that crunchy cinnamon sugar on the outside and extra buttery and crunchy on the inside from the toffee. Golly!
