A blonde cookie base with fresh Meyer lemon zest and white chocolate chips make a delightful combo. Top that with a lemon buttercream with freshly squeezed Meyer lemon juice and it’s a whole ‘nother level I had a “tiny” slice for breakfast to taste it myself so that’s how my day started
