Here’s my take on a s’more…you can never get the chocolate to melt with the heat from the marshmallow alone. Am I right?! It’s actually kind of pain, but the flavor combo is one of my favorites. So I put in all in a cookie!!
A graham cracker chocolate chip cookie stuffed with mini marshmallows and finished with a pinch of flaky sea salt. It’s portable and doesn’t require a campfire…heat this baby up for 7-8 seconds and prepare to swoon.
