My take on the ”Tom Cruise” cake is ah~mazing! I looooove a good coconut pound cake and this one presses ALL the buttons! It’s a hefty cake, but doesn’t feel heavy…not dry at all (code for super moist) and topped with vanilla buttercream and toasted coconut for the perfect amount of fluffy, coconutty sweetness!
